FOR FENCERS

Fencing is all about explosive, powerful movements.  This means that each fencer should have a solid foundation of strength starting in the legs and core, that moves to the upper back, chest, shoulders, and arms. Fencing regularly can build muscle and enhance neurological connections, but only to a certain degree. Personal training can take your fencing to the next level. Not only will individuals become stronger, quicker, and enhance endurance; they will learn HOW to move in a safe and efficient manner. 

FOR NON FENCERS

Even if you don’t fence, we all need to stay healthy. Whether you are a parent of a fencer, or a general visitor, personal training can help you attain your goals. Personal training is for anyone looking to lose weight, tone, strengthen, and improve their overall health. Our trainer will create a custom workout program depending on your own set of goals, and work with you to help you achieve them.

OUR TRAINING SPACE

Foothills fencing academy has all the tools to help you improve your strength, endurance, and mobility. Some of the equipment we use include:
